The Sonos Beam Ultra brings films, TV, games and music to life without taking over your room. Designed for TVs up to 65 inches, it delivers spacious 7.1.2 Dolby Atmos sound from a soundbar that sits neatly beneath your screen.
Unlike the Beam (Gen 2), Beam Ultra has dedicated upward-firing speakers that add a greater sense of height to compatible Dolby Atmos content. Nine carefully positioned drivers create a wider, more immersive soundstage, while four low-profile woofers give action scenes and music satisfying depth.

Quiet dialogue can be frustrating when the rest of a film is loud. Beam Ultra’s AI Speech Enhancement helps voices stand out, with four levels to choose from in the Sonos app. Night Sound reduces the impact of loud effects when you’re watching later in the evening.
Simple to use, easy to expand
Connect Beam Ultra to your TV’s HDMI eARC or ARC port and control the volume with your existing TV remote. When the TV is off, stream music over WiFi, Apple AirPlay 2 or Bluetooth. Trueplay tuning adjusts the sound to suit your room using a compatible iOS or Android device.
For a fuller home cinema system, add a Sonos Sub and a pair of compatible Sonos rear speakers. You can also group Beam Ultra with other Sonos speakers for music throughout your home.

Sonos Beam (Gen 2) vs Sonos Beam Ultra
Both soundbars are excellent ways to improve your TV sound. They support Dolby Atmos, connect to your TV with a single HDMI cable and can be expanded later with a Sonos Sub and rear speakers. The main difference is how immersive the sound feels.
