Smart House Scotland – Our Story
We have over 20 years’ experience fitting home entertainment, security and audio visual systems through our sister company The Aerial Man Scotland.
Our passion is designing, installing and supporting all aspects of your Smart Home, which means we can offer you what we believe are the best smart home systems currently available. Our installation team is well trained and has a great knowledge of smart home systems on the market as well as understanding construction methods and system planning. For years we’ve worked in both the domestic and commercial sectors all over Scotland so can help with every aspect of your home system.
We know that every installation is unique and what suits one client may not suit another. We have extensive experience in all areas of your build and work with many trades, architects and interior designers throughout Scotland, helping each project go smoothly. Some projects need to be done quickly, others can take a long time to get to the finished stage and we are happy to work around your build.
Our office and showroom is based in beautiful Pathhead, Midlothian. There is lots of room and plenty of parking there. We’re in the middle of building our new cinema showroom just now so please excuse the mess for the present.
We will have a great range of demo equipment there and are always happy to help with any questions you may have regarding your installation. So please feel free to pop in if you want to chat through any part of your project. Our installation team have years of experience working on projects in Edinburgh, East Lothian and all over Scotland, and are happy to share our advice.

Nicola - Office Manager
As the job manager for Smart House, I oversee all installations across Scotland, ensuring seamless integration of systems for our clients. With our skilled team of expert installers, I co-ordinate from start to finish, delivering custom solutions that are tailored for you.
