M&K Sound’s S300T Tripole® THX® Certified Ultra2 speakers combines both front and side mounted drivers to direct the surround image both indirectly and directly into the listening area. The proprietary configuration, essentially provides two speakers mounted in a single cabinet and is the first and only technology to effectively the address the issues of deliver both image specificity and an enveloping surround field, without compromise.
THX Certified Ultra products bring the cinematic experience to larger home theatres, up to 84.95 cubic metres or 3,000 cubic feet in size.

M&K Sound invented the Tripole® speaker configuration to do what no conventional monopole loudspeaker can do. The installation of side and/or rear mounted S300T’s enhances the solidity and pin point placement of rear channel events such as fly overs, voices, effects and music etc., as well as the realism of the ambient sound field. They are specially constructed resonance damped tweeter magnet system for precise transient control.
These speakers come with an integral wall mount bracket and employs the same front drivers and crossover technology as the S300, for a perfect acoustic match. Independent isolated side chambers house two 4” drivers per side for optimal surround coverage that rivals the huge array of speakers required in cinemas. In order to deliver the highest quality of accurate sound reproduction and at the same time play significantly louder, the S300T is designed with cutting edge driver units developed and custom built in cooperation with the Danish acoustic pioneers from Scan-Speak.
The S300T being firmly part of the S300 Series is built to perfection to ensure M&K Sound’s unique high level of quality and as such they have decided to have the whole range designed, developed, built and tested in Denmark.
These speakers that has the power to fill large living rooms and will place the audience in the sweet spot whether they are seated in the front or in the back. The S300 series is an evolution of the renowned S150 loudspeaker built by M&K Sound since 1995.
